A leading innovator in high-performance electronic components seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of its BLDC Motor Drive IC portfolio. This is a high-impact, strategic role connecting cutting-edge R&D with market-leading customers across industrial, energy, and automotive sectors.

What Youll Do:

Define and execute the strategic roadmap for BLDC Motor Drive ICs

Cultivate and manage key ecosystem partnerships (MCU and hardware partners)

Lead new product introductions, customer engagements, and account growth initiatives

Collaborate with Applications & Sales teams to develop clear, compelling collateral

Oversee full product lifecycle management with an emphasis on value pricing and gross margin

Serve as the voice of the marketgather competitive intel and shape future product directions

Facilitate seamless communication between R&D and Marketing

Manage forecasts and create persuasive presentations that articulate value propositions

Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings worldwide

What You Bring:

Deep market knowledge of motor drive ICs and BLDC topologies

Technical fluency in SW algorithms, IPM, and HB topologies

Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders

Experience translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies

Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and international)
