Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field required, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience. Agile development experience is preferred.

Clearance Requirements:

Department of Defense TS/SCI clearance is preferred at the time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a TS/SCI within a reasonable time frame. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work and access to classified information.

Our San Jose team is looking for a SIGINT Systems Architect to lead and support high-impact programs in international and domestic Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) arenas, including Satellite Communications (SATCOM), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), and Direction Finding (DF) Systems.

As the SIGINT Systems Architect, you will:

Lead systems engineering efforts from concept to deployment, ensuring mission needs are met.

Develop and refine system CONOPS, architectures, and requirements.

Conduct trade studies, model systems, and analyze SATCOM signals.

Interface regularly with intelligence and defense customers.

Present technical solutions and briefings to domestic and international clients.

Collaborate on proposal efforts, business strategies, and export compliance.

Work in a fast-paced environment focused on complex signal processing solutions.

What you bring to the table:

10+ years of experience with RF signal processing, SATCOM, COMINT/DF, and system architecture.

Hands-on experience with signal analysis across L, C, and K bands.

Strong skills in MATLAB and/or Python for algorithm development.

Experience leading interdisciplinary teams.

Knowledge of DSP development, modeling, and performance evaluation.

Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

U.S. Citizenship and willingness to travel worldwide up to 20%.
