Need managed services consultant with Sprinklr tool experience or ex Sprinkler.

Managed Services Consultant Core: Focuses on driving growth and success for customers within our Core platform.

Managed Services Consultant CCaaS: Specializes in customer engagement and contact center solutions.

Managed Services Consultant Advertising: Expands and optimizes clients' advertising strategies.

What You'll Do:

Deliver Value Ensure customers maximize their investment in Sprinklr.

Drive Adoption Promote product usage across teams and markets.

Build Relationships Establish trust with clients and key stakeholders.

Be a Strategic Partner Provide guidance on business challenges and solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

Ensure customers gain maximum value from the platform.

Translate customer needs into Sprinklr solutions.

Optimize configurations and manage change throughout the customer lifecycle.

Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders.

Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Provide training and identify areas for product improvement.

Qualifications:

Must Have (depending on role):

5+ years of experience in managed services or tech consulting, specifically in advertising, CCaaS, or cloud contact centers.

Strong knowledge of paid advertising strategies and platforms (Google Ads, HubSpot, AdRoll, etc.).

Experience with web technologies, CRM, SaaS platforms, or digital marketing across social platforms.

Hands-on experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
