Role and Position Objectives:

We are seeking a talented and experienced SIGINT System Architect to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business ventures, as well as working with a highly skilled team to deliver innovative solutions to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and capture new business opportunities in the Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) marketplace, focusing on Satellite Communications (SATCOM), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Direction Finding (DF) Systems.

Initiate and lead internal research and development (IRAD/IR&D) to support multiple programs.

Establish and maintain relationships with key customers in the SIGINT, COMINT/DF, and Electronic Warfare (EW) markets.

Collaborate with customers to develop system concepts, architectures, and requirements for SIGINT, COMINT/DF, and EW systems.

Present and brief customers on SIGINT capabilities and system offerings.

Align business area strategy, capabilities, investments, and offerings with SIGINT, COMINT/DF, and EW markets.

Perform competitor analyses and develop necessary teaming relationships.

Ensure compliance with export regulations for international business pursuits.

What You Bring to the Table:

Extensive experience in technologies such as:

Direction finding systems, arrays, and algorithms

RF signal processing system design

System modeling, simulation, and algorithm development

SATCOM signal analysis

Communication signals collection and analysis across various spectrums

Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage projects effectively.

A strong understanding of the SIGINT, COMINT/DF, and EW marketplace, including customer and industry insights.

Experience with signal processing algorithm development using MATLAB or Python.

Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment focused on complex signal processing solutions.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with 8+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with 10+ years of experience.
