Sr. Salesforce Developer / Architect, San Jose

Responsibilities Act as the lead Salesforce architect and developer on a critical project review effort. Conduct a deep technical assessment of an existing Salesforce application. Identify code inefficiencies, design flaws, and security risks-especially aroundPII data handling. Refactor and optimize Apex code, triggers, LWC components, and Flows. Collaborate with admins, developers, and product owners to resolve production issues and implement best practices. Utilize Gearset for deployments, version control, and CI/CD processes. Support and guide overall architectural strategy and adherence to Salesforce development standards Qualifications 8+ years of Salesforce development experience. 5+ years in a Salesforce Architect role with proven success in complex orgs. Expert-level Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL. Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, sharing/security model, and governor limits. Strong experience working with Gearset for deployment and CI/CD. Previous experience handling and securing PII data in Salesforce. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where rapid issue resolution is key. Salesforce Platform Developer II and/or Application Architect certification preferred.
