Shipping & Receiving Clerk, San Jose

Location: San Jose, CA
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $20–$25/hr

Job Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate with experience in manufacturing, electronics, or tech environments. This role supports daily warehouse operations and ensures accurate handling of materials in a fast-paced setting.



Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders
Label, track, and document shipments accurately
Load/unload materials and maintain organized inventory
Assist with cycle counts and stock control
Coordinate with production and logistics teams
Follow safety procedures and report discrepancies


Qualifications
1+ year of shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing or electronics preferred
Experience handling components or production materials is a plus
Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
Strong attention to detail and organization
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable, team-oriented, and good communication skills
