Description
We are seeking a highly experienced System Architect to lead the definition and architectural development of solid-state power device solutions for safety-critical systems and motor control. Experience with SiC and GaN devices is preferred. You are coming from an OEM or semiconductor applications background with years of experience building power electronics systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive innovation at the intersection of power electronics, functional safety, motor control, inverters, and system integration. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping next-generation power electronics platforms by collaborating with cross-functional teams and OEM/ Tier 1 partners to deliver robust, scalable, and standards-compliant system architectures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of working closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)/ Tier 1, contributing to the definition and development of complex, system-level architectures in automotive and industrial applications. This includes cross-functional collaboration across hardware, software, and systems engineering teams to align technical requirements with product strategy and customer needs. Why Join Us?
