/ph3Requirements/h3ulliGeneral tasks include Concrete; forming, pouring, mixing, rebar, finishing/liliGenerally working with Conduit PVC, EMT, Underground, and overhead/liliInstall Transformers/switchboards/liliClean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards/liliLoad and unload building materials and equipment/liliDig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth in preparation for construction/liliOperate and control heavy-duty equipment and machinery like Bobcat, backhoe, excavator, etc.
/liliBuild or take apart bracing, barricades, forms, scaffolding, and other structures/liliFollow construction plans, blueprints, and instructions provided by management.

ZIB is responsible for preparing sites, supporting installation, and ensuring long-term system performance through active field operations.
Core capabilities include:/pulliSite preparation and civil construction for EV charging projects/liliTrenching, conduit routing, and underground infrastructure/liliConcrete work, equipment pads, and structural foundations/liliCoordination with utilities, inspectors, and project stakeholders/liliOperations and maintenance, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and uptime support/li/ulpOur crews operate across California, working closely with electrical, engineering, and project management teams to move projects efficiently from site readiness through installation and ongoing service.
