Logistics Supervisor - Outbound (Onsite), San Jose

**What you will do** :
As a Logistics Supervisor on Stryker's ProCare team, you will play a key role in overseeing employees engaged in shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities.
You'll maintain a positive work environment, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and provide leadership in a fast-paced, world-class production system.
This will be an onsite role with 18 direct reports.
+ Supervise and support warehouse employees, providing hands-on leadership while ensuring visibility and access throughout shifts
+ Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards by implementing established policies and procedures
+ Motivate and develop team members to meet daily operational goals and drive continuous improvement
+ Partner with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Materials, Customer Care, and Finance, to streamline processes and foster collaboration
+ Coordinate inbound and outbound logistical operations, ensuring efficient transportation and inventory management to meet organizational needs
+ Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging your expertise to optimize warehouse performance and material flow
+ Collaborate daily with production support teams to address topics like staffing, materials, quality engineering, and forecasting
+ Translate high-level business strategies into actionable plans, making decisions that align with Stryker's overall objectives
**Required:**
+ Bachelors degree
+ 4+ years experience of relevant work experience
**Preferred Skills:**
+ SAP EWM
+ Experience with Lean Six Sigma management systems and philosophies
$101,000 - $168,400 USD Annual
