The Good Eating Company is seeking a creative and open-minded Executive Chef for our client in Irvine, CA.
This is a hands-on culinary role that will focus on the continued growth of our business dining account. Our goal is to become the premier workplace hospitality brand in North America. What You'll Do: Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for Chef’s who:
Ensure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served
Are strong all-round culinary ability and strong craft skills in all areas of professional cookery, including main courses; salads; sauce work; and pastry and baking
Have a strong knowledge of food and able to cook using multiple styles of cuisine
Recognizing and reacting to contemporary trends
Use of correct food terminology and cooking methods
Constantly looking for new recipes and new ideas and initiatives that will improve both the quality of food and service as a whole
Play a key role and enthusiastically mentor's culinary personnel

What You Bring: Extensive experience in high-volume culinary operations, particularly managing large-scale food production while maintaining quality and consistency
Experience in menu design and its implementation, creating innovative and appealing menus for a diverse set of needs.
Ability to analyze and control costs without sacrificing the culinary experience.
Ability to direct and motivate the team to achieve culinary excellence while fostering a collaborative environment.
Experience with the latest food trends and techniques, keeping the menu offerings modern and exciting
