CNA Clinical Instructor– LVN or RN (Full-Time) | Santa Barbara, CA Hours: 7am-3:30 PM Monday to Friday

Los Angeles Skills Academy (LASA)

is hiring a

full-time CNA Clinical Instructor (LVN or RN)

in

Santa Barbara, California .

This is a

clinical-only CNA Instructor position .

No classroom teaching or lectures required.

The CNA Clinical Instructor will supervise CNA students in

approved clinical sites

and provide

hands-on skills instruction, evaluation, and mentoring .

Clinical Instruction Only

On-site in Santa Barbara, CA

Key Responsibilities (Clinical Instructor– CNA Program)

Supervise

CNA students during clinical rotations

Provide

hands-on CNA skills instruction

in a clinical setting

Demonstrate

infection control, patient care, and CNA skills

Evaluate CNA student performance per

CDPH clinical requirements

Ensure

patient safety and professional conduct

Complete

clinical evaluations and documentation

Work closely with program leadership regarding student progress

Required Qualifications Current

LVN or RN license

(California)

Minimum

2 years nursing experience

At least

1 year experience with elderly or chronically ill patients

(Skilled Nursing Facility, Long-Term Care, Hospital, Hospice, or Assisted Living)

DSD Certificate

(or willing to obtain)

Meets

California Department of Public Health (CDPH)
