Accounts Payable Clerk
We are hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time, reconcile purchasing and expense documentation, and support accounting operations.
This role also supports agent commission processing and assists with payroll processing.
Responsibilities
Verify and reconcile purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, and payment terms
Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments timely and accurately
Maintain vendor and client relationships to support timely payments
Resolve discrepancies related to vendor invoices and payments
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures
Verify and post credit card transactions to the general ledger
Process agent commissions
Assist with payroll processing
Complete projects assigned by the Accounting Manager
Qualifications
2+ years of accounts payable experience
Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles and general ledger processes
Proficient with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Online Payroll
Strong Excel and Word skills
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication and organizational skills
