Serving as the primary link between project managers, design engineers, and field crews, you will assist in commanding project logistics from preconstruction estimating through final closeout. What You Will Be Doing You will hold responsibility for technical document control, production tracking, and engineering support across our civil operations:
Subcontractor Coordination: Partner directly with Project Managers to coordinate subcontractor workflows and internal teams, enforcing strict project schedule adherence and budget retention. Technical Plan Review: Review and analyze civil blueprints, project specifications, and contracts to ensure total engineering compliance across all field applications.Document Control Command: Author, track, and manage critical project document loops, maintaining absolute organization over RFIs, submittals, material approvals, and change order logs. Preconstruction Estimating Support: Conduct precise material quantity takeoffs, review earthwork metrics, and coordinate bid solicitations to support ongoing estimating pipelines.Quality Control Site Inspections: Execute regular site visits and field inspections to verify that on-site methods, grading, and structural components meet elite quality standards. Project Cost Tracking: Maintain highly accurate project cost databases to ensure complete financial transparency and budget stability for corporate stakeholders.Field Technical Problem-Solving: Collaborate in real time with field superintendents and foremen to resolve engineering conflicts, clarify plans, and uphold strict site safety protocols.
What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications) Technical Software Literacy: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced capability in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and cost tracking. Organizational Mastery: Elite analytical and organizational skills with a disciplined approach to managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication skills necessary for professional stakeholder management and inter-trade coordination.
