Associate Attorney– Employment Litigation We are seeking a highly skilled, driven Associate Attorney to join our growing employment litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload involving discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, retaliation, PAGA, and sexual harassment matters.The ideal candidate will have meaningful autonomy over their cases while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. You will work closely with the Managing Partner and fellow attorneys to develop effective strategies and deliver exceptional results for clients. Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth legal research on employment law issues to support litigation, client consultations, and legal strategy

Analyze statutes, regulations, and case law to provide well-reasoned legal guidance

Draft pleadings and litigation documents, including complaints, answers, motions, and briefs

Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Assist senior attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and witness preparation

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in employment litigation

Exceptional legal writing and research skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail

Proficiency with legal research platforms and case management software
