They're looking for engineers who have actually built production-grade agentic AI systems - multi-agent workflows, reasoning pipelines, tool orchestration, and scalable AI infrastructure.
The Role
You'll design and build complex agentic workflows powering next-generation AI systems.
This role sits at the intersection of LLMs, distributed systems, orchestration frameworks, and autonomous execution - ideal for engineers who enjoy building intelligent systems that operate in production at scale.
What You'll Work On
Building production-grade agentic AI and multi-agent systems
Designing orchestration pipelines using LangGraph, LangChain, and workflow engines
Developing scalable distributed AI infrastructure
Integrating tool use, reasoning, memory, and autonomous execution workflows
Improving reliability, observability, and performance of AI services
Collaborating on AI-driven automation and code generation systems
What They're Looking For
3+ years building Generative AI or agentic AI systems
Strong experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
Experience building autonomous workflows in production
Strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals
Experience with AI APIs, orchestration, and workflow execution
Strong Python engineering skills
