We are seeking a motivated and physically capable Temporary Process Excellence Operator to support continuous improvement efforts within a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role focuses on implementing workplace organization, visual management, and efficiency improvements across production areas. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Process Excellence Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $23.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )

• Work outside spraying down product/ equipment with hazmat suit
• Support Process Excellence (PEX) initiatives and improvement projects across the facility
• Work closely with PEX Specialists, Technicians, and Production teams to execute improvement plans
• Implement visual management systems including floor markings, tape applications, painting, and layout updates
• Build, assemble, and install wooden structures such as workstations, tool boards, shelving, and panels
• Follow all safety procedures and consistently wear required
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Assist in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe production environment

Process Excellence Operator Qualifications:

• Be able to work outside and wear PPE
• Walking up to 8 miles per day Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50+ lbs
• Continuous standing, bending, reaching, and manual labor
• Work in a manufacturing/industrial environment with strict safety standards
• Required High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in a physically demanding manufacturing or industrial role

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
