Seeking a Lead Process Excellence Operator to support continuous improvement and efficiency projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role helps drive Lean, 5S, and workplace organization initiatives while supporting production teams.

Production Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 to $27.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )

• Lead daily Process Excellence (PEX) activities and improvement projects
• Support and coordinate work between production teams and PEX staff
• Implement 5S, Lean, and visual management systems
• Build/install workstations, shelving, and organization systems
• Train and support team members on safety and processes
• Maintain safety standards and PPE compliance

Production Lead Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience required
• Previous lead or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor (8+ miles walking daily)
• Strong teamwork, communication, and safety focus

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
