Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:

Serve as lead designer on mid-sized, multi-disciplinary projects

Collaborate with clients, teammates, and agencies to drive project success

Mentor junior staff and contribute to our culture of continuous learning

Perform complex engineering designs, and QA/QC

Guide construction phases to ensure compliance and client satisfaction

Influence project scoping, pricing, and business outcomes

Qualifications:
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required

6+ years of prior mechanical and/or plumbing design experience as an engineering MEP consultant or plumbing contractor required

Professional Engineer license required (Florida)

Experience with architectural projects such as schools, municipal buildings, health care facilities, commercial buildings or related projects required

Prior experience with project management from start to finish with both contractors, clients and other disciplines preferred

Strong technical skills in CADD, GIS, BIM, and Microsoft Office

Collaborative mindset and leadership abilities

Passion for mentoring up-and-coming engineers

A passion for creative problem-solving and community-focused work
