Spartina 449 is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role will support the design and execution of digital and print creative assets that bring the Spartina brand to life across all customer touchpoints.The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, typography, and storytelling; thrives in a collaborative environment; and can balance creativity with organization and deadlines. This position works closely with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Photography teams to ensure all brand communications are visually compelling and consistently on-brand.This role reports directly to the Creative Director of Marketing. This position is based at Spartina 449's newly opened workplace in Old Town Bluffton, SC. Our open-concept office and photo studio are in a vibrant small-town marketplace surrounded by local shops, restaurants, bars, and a weekly farmers market— all just minutes from several charming residential neighborhoods.What You'll Do: Collaborate with team leads to design omnichannel creative assets including wholesale print catalogs, retail signage, email campaigns, web graphics, and digital marketing materials Assist with photography and content creation to support seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling Prepare files for print production and digital deploymentContribute fresh ideas and creative solutions that support brand and business objectives Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and design research with cross-functional teams Stay current on design trends, fashion, retail, and digital marketing best practices Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDeliver high-quality, visually compelling work that reflects the Spartina brand aesthetic Continuously grow your creative and technical skill set while learning from an experienced collaborative team Qualifications: Exceptional portfolio showcasing thoughtful, elevated design work across editorial, marketing, and/or brand spacesStrong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and grid systems Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop After Effects or motion graphics experience is a plus Understanding of digital design best practices across email, web, and social platformsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize projects effectively What We're Looking For: Positive, collaborative, team-oriented attitude Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven creative environmentSomeone who is both highly creative and highly organized Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute within a collaborative team Dependable, professional, and accountable in both work ethic and conduct Passion for fashion, accessories, lifestyle branding, and visual storytelling is highly preferredBenefits: Medical/Dental/Vision/401k with company match/Paid Time Off/Excellent employee discount program
