Call Center Agent
Waltham Pest Services is the original pest control provider in the New England area.

We are currently seeking a Call Center Agent.
This position will be located onsite in our Pembroke, MA branch.

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
Driving new business through inside sales to meet and exceed revenue goals
Handling inbound inquiries and making outbound calls to prospective customers
Presenting and recommending the appropriate pest management solutions, based on customer needs
Supporting regional and branch teams by setting qualified appointments for outside sales inspectors
Scheduling service appointments and ensuring a smooth customer experience
Conducting outbound outreach to generate new business opportunities for the sales team
Providing administrative support to local branches, including assisting with account updates and adjustments
Qualifications

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Confident phone presence and customer-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and tasks
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort communicating by phone and email
Must be at least 18 years old
Salary Range: $***** - $***** per hour (plus commission)
