Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you'll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.What You'll Do Read work orders and basic drawings to ensure accurate production Set up machines based on specifications (wire size, spacing, dimensions) Operate cage welding machines to build steel reinforcement cages for concrete pipe and box culverts Monitor equipment and make adjustments as neededInspect finished cages for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized work area Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE What You'll Need Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic drawings Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting)Availability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Your Education High School Diploma or GED required We are CMC, a Fortune 500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
