Serve as the primary point of contact for daily customer inquiries, ensuring all needs are addressed with accuracy and speed. Manage the documentation process for incoming and outgoing goods to keep inventory moving smoothly. Coordinate with both internal warehouse teams and external clients to resolve shipping requests and scheduling conflicts.Act as the essential checkpoint for all shipment data to maintain high standards of operational quality. Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a logistics, shipping, or warehouse office environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle professional interactions via phone and email. Strong attention to detail for managing complex data entry and shipping records.
