aircraft manufacturing and structural assembly Opportunity to build a long-term career in the aerospace industry Work in a team-oriented, safety-focused production environment What's a typical day as an Ops Trainee? You'll be: Performing

basic fitting, drilling, and riveting operations

using hand and pneumatic tools Assisting with aircraft part assembly under supervision while learning industry standards Reading and interpreting

work orders, blueprints, and specification sheets Aligning and assembling parts using fixtures, clamps, pins, and fasteners Ensuring all work meets quality and manufacturing requirements Gaining hands-on experience while working with decreasing supervision as skills improve Supporting general production tasks and maintaining a clean, safe work areaThis job might be an outstanding fit if you have: High School Diploma or GED Entry-level experience with strong mechanical aptitude Ability to read scales and perform basic shop math Basic understanding of blueprints, instructions, and technical documents Strong communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English)Hands-on skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and meet deadlines Basic computer skills Preferred:
