What You'll Be Doing
Safely operate loaders and other heavy equipment to support material handling and production activities.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and pre-shift inspections to ensure optimal operation.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain site efficiency.
Follow company safety protocols and environmental compliance standards.
Accurately load materials into trucks, hoppers, and other designated areas as required.

Proven ability to operate loaders and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic work environments.
Effective communication skills to work well within a team setting.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
Willingness to learn and apply new skills to enhance operational performance.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
$21.00 to $24.00 per hour.
