Our Ballston Spa Warehouse is looking to find experienced hard working individuals to join our team as Receiving Support!
This position will provide strong administrative support in areas of receiving such stock items, special orders and managing inquires. This role will partner with sales teams and other departments to effectively troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.
$18 - $21 hourly with annual performance based raises.
Part Time - Set Schedule Monday through Friday, hours may vary
Review and receive purchase orders of all material stock and special orders unloaded by receivers (Yard-UPS-FedEx-Transfers-Orgill)
Manage incoming receiving inquires related to billing or credit
Partner with sales team to get proper paperwork in Spruce when needed to receive material
Partner with the purchasing department on order inquiries and purchase order problems and also management and sales teams to help with inventory discrepancies to track inventory receipts and staging locations
Manage outgoing UPS and FedEx shipments
Receive and transfer branch special orders from vendors that will only deliver to Ballston Spa
Provide customer service at customer pick-up area
Share expertise with others
Attention to detail and accuracy
Time management skills
Learn, understand, and follow proper receiving policy and procedure
Two years’ experience in receiving or inventory management
Basic computer skills
