Requirements:

• 
  
• 84 months experience leading agile development teams which involve planning, designing, implementing and integrating scalable multitier applications using Object Oriented or Service Oriented Architecture involving data structures, algorithms, software design and JEE Design Patterns on an IBM platform.
  
• 84 months experience in deploying applications in JBOSS, Tomcat, IBM WebSphere Portal 7 and WebSphere Application server 7 or higher.
  
• 84 months experience architecting systems related to criminal justice processing (including but not limited to: disposition processing, fingerprint identification processing, criminal history updating, Sex Offender management, tracking of Wanted/Missing persons, or initiatives related to Offender Supervision).
  
• 60 months experience in developing and deploying multi-tier web applications using Groovy Grails, Java Server Faces, or Spring framework.
  

60 months experience in developing applications using JMS, EJB, MQ, JSF, JAXB, JAXWS, and/or Hibernate
