Looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role is in a fast-paced agricultural environment, assisting with the handling, packaging, and movement of fertilizer products

General Labor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $14.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30pm )

• Assist with loading and unloading fertilizer products and materials
• Operate basic equipment such as forklifts, bagging machines, or conveyors (training provided if needed)
• Package and stack products according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and facility
• Perform general maintenance and labor tasks as assigned
• Work as part of a team to meet production and shipping goals

General Labor Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, agriculture, or general labor experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Industrial and agricultural setting
• Exposure to dust and noise
• Physically demanding work requiring standing, bending, and lifting

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
