The Landscape Laborer plays a key role within a small team, performing a variety of tasks essential to maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. This position involves working with both small and heavy machinery to prepare sites, plant, mulch, and maintain lawns across multiple job sites. Occasional travel between locations is required to ensure landscape projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Responsibilities Prepare sites for planting and landscaping activities Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers according to design plans Apply mulch to maintain soil moisture and control weeds Perform weeding and general lawn maintenance tasks Remove debris and maintain clean work sites Operate small machinery such as trimmers and blowersUse heavy machinery including loaders and mowers safely and effectively Travel occasionally between multiple job sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in landscaping or landscape maintenance Strong physical stamina to handle labor-intensive tasks Ability to work well within a small team environment Effective time management skills to complete tasks within variable shifts
