Who We Are Were a dynamic provider of A&E services, working on projects that make a real impact. As a multi-disciplined firm, we give our early-career engineers the chance to work on diverse, challenging projects and find the focus area that fits them best.
What Youll Do Youll work alongside experienced engineers and learn by doing contributing to real projects from day one. Your work may include: Supporting the design of roads, bridges, building structures, or site layouts. Helping develop plans, calculations, and technical reports. Preparing permitting documents and assisting with project coordination.Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to solve engineering challenges.
What Were Looking For Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (or related field). EIT certification a plus, or a willingness to work toward it. Familiarity with Civil 3D, MicroStation, or other engineering software is helpful. Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit. A self-starter whos ready to learn and grow across a variety of projects.
