Key Responsibilities Lead and coach team members during assigned shifts to ensure excellent performance Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service at the front counter and drive-thru Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant Manage shift operations including cash handling, inventory, and paperworkHandle guest concerns professionally and support a positive dining experience Train new team members on food handling, service, and operational procedures Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Dependable, motivated, and ready to lead by example in a lively restaurant environment Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to stay organized and keep the shift running smoothly under pressure Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Physical ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift as requiredEligible to work in the U.S. and meet minimum age requirements Schedule&Compensation
