Project Manager - Civil Engineering - in Phoenix, AZ

Modis is currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager near the downtown Phoenix area. Our client is seeking a passionate individual who has experience in the Civil Engineering industry for a permanent hire role (i.e. not a contract role). This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects with one of the industry's leading companies in the Engineering space. Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Develop scopes, prepare proposals, and negotiate contract language.
  
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  
• Ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
  
• Experienced in employee supervision, development, and mentoring.
  
• Maintain quality control throughout project duration.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
  
• PE License is preferred 
  
• 5 years’ experience in Civil Engineering projects
  
• Design build experience is preferred but not required
