Customer Service Specialist, Pennsylvania

Nesco Resource is partnering with a company located in Muncy, PA looking for an Experience Customer Service Specialist. Are you motivated and have a passion for building relationships?

Responsibilities:

Reconnect and establish a connection with past clients who haven't ordered recently. Building and maintaining relationships with past, present and future clients.

Handle incoming calls, process orders, and provide product information. Greeting and assisting walk-in clients.

Manage customer transactions and coordinating product deliveries.

Collaborate on promotional emails, flyers, and mailers.

Work with IT and Sales to help update online product, making sure it is aligning with marketing and sales goals.

Provide exceptional service before and after sales

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

College degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Preferred)

Previous experience in a Customer Service Role (Required)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook)

QuickBooks & Salesforce experience is a plus

Pay: $17/hr

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (approximately 40-42 hours per week)
