Customer Service/Sales Support

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM

Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Location: Throop, PA (Onsite)

Our client is a leading brand in catering equipment, ingredients, and confectionery, serving customers across the USA, UK, and internationally. We supply products through direct sales, Amazon, online platforms, and a growing network of authorized distributors, catering to food service operators, retailers, and domestic customers from our distribution centers in Scotland and the USA.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with new and existing customers via phone, email, and social media to build and maintain relationships.

Drive new business sales through proactive outreach.

Customer Service & Support

Handle email, web chat, and phone inquiries related to sales and customer service.

Process sales orders, follow-ups, quotes, and manage transactions through NetSuite ERP/CRM, NetSuite SCA website, and Amazon ( full training provided).

Address customer service concerns professionally, maintaining accurate records.

Key Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, administration, or customer service

Comfortable working on the phone and via email.

Confident in making outbound calls 

Strong computer skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
