Junior Structural Engineer, Pennsylvania

Oxford Solutions has an opportunity available for a junior-level Structural Engineer for a contract role supporting industrial and power-related projects. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and the flexibility to work out of 1 of the following office locations: Pittsburgh, PA, Tampa, FL or Orlando, FL.

In this role, you will:

Serve as a Structural Engineer and project/task manager on industrial and heavy structure design projects

Coordinate with engineering and drafting teams

Develop and check structural calculations and drawings

Prepare technical deliverables and ensure schedule and budget compliance

Contribute to feasibility studies, assessments, new construction, and retrofit projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

PE license required

Less than 5 years of relevant experience

Familiarity with STAAD, RISA, and related engineering software

Prior experience with structural design for heavy industrial or power sector projects

Strong organizational and communication skills
