Location: Greater Ft. Wayne Area
Compensation: $140,000–$170,000 base + Total Compensation up to $225,000

Summary
Our client, a leading provider in home infusion pharmacy services, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee operations and drive high-quality patient care within their Ft. Wayne location.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Enforce best practices and guidelines specific to home infusion therapies
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including storage, handling, and disposal of medications and supplies
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit readiness
• Supervise medication preparation and dispensing for accuracy and safety
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient-specific infusion therapies
• Provide medication therapy management, patient counseling, and education
• Lead, train, and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain a high-performing team
• Promote continuous learning and development within the team
• Address staff performance, concerns, and conflicts professionally and promptly
• Partner with healthcare professionals, manufacturers, and stakeholders
• Represent the organization in industry and professional settings

What You Bring:

• Valid Pharmacist license in the state of Indiana
• 5+ years of experience in home infusion (preferred)
• Proven leadership experience managing pharmacy teams
• Strong understanding of state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
