You'll be at the heart of bringing designs to life-transforming sketches and plans into detailed, production-ready drawings that make projects happen. Your Day-to-Day Adventures: Dive into architectural manufacturing metal product blueprints and bring them to life through accurate installation and construction drawingsTranslate design concepts into fully detailed fabrication drawing packages (plus all the supporting documentation) Collaborate with architectural designers and customers to move projects from initial ideas to finished products Partner with Engineering and Production to ensure everything is built exactly as intendedLead and coordinate projects from start to finish-working closely with Customer Service, Engineering, and Sales to keep everything running smoothly What Makes You a Great Fit: You love details and take pride in precision You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys collaboration You thrive in a fast-paced environment where every project is a little differentYou're excited about seeing your work turn into real, tangible results If you're ready to turn blueprints into something amazing and be part of a team that builds with purpose, we'd love to hear from you!

What You Bring to the Table

We're looking for someone who's equal parts detail-oriented, creative thinker, and team player. If you love working with design, tech, and real-world projects, you'll fit right in! Must-Have Skills&Experience:

Associate's Degree in Design, Drafting, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience that shows your skills 1-3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Strong skills in

AutoCAD and SolidWorks -you know your way around creating detailed architectural and fabrication drawings Solid math skills (because great design and precision go hand in hand!) Confident with computers and Windows-based software Excellent communication skills-you're comfortable collaborating with team members across all levelsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and transform them into accurate, detailed drawings Comfortable juggling multiple projects and jumping into work started by others Working knowledge of metal fabrication processes, including:

Cutting methods (laser, punch) Bend deductions and calculations Brake press tooling and basic operation

• Bonus Points If You Have: Experience creating installation and fabrication drawings for the commercial architectural industry Additional experience with

SolidWorks CAD software A knack for learning new software quickly Hands-on experience in construction, building, metal fabrication, or manufacturing
