Description Robert Half is working with a growing organization looking to add a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to their team. This role plays a critical part in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot and resolve issues while ensuring a positive customer experience Process orders, returns, account updates, and service requests Maintain accurate documentation within CRM systems Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer concerns Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction Requirements Qualifications 1 year of customer service, call center, or client-facing experience Strong communication and active listening skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach Experience with CRM systems or order management tools preferred ??
