We’re hiring a Director of Travel&Tours to take our existing tour program and turn it into a scalable, revenue-generating business line. This is a build-and-grow role for someone who understands the travel industry and knows how to turn ideas into profitable, bookable experiences. What You’ll “Own” Grow the Tours Business Take our current offerings and evolve them into a structured, scalable travel program with clear revenue and margin goals. Develop and Package Tours Create multi-day and single-day travel experiences that are compelling, competitive, and operationally executable. Drive Revenue&Profitability Own pricing strategy, margin management, and overall financial performance of the tours program. Build Vendor Partnerships Establish and negotiate relationships with hotels, attractions, and travel partners to deliver high-quality experiences at the right cost. Align with Operations Work closely with operations to ensure tours are efficiently executed and vehicle utilization supports broader company goals. Expand the Market Identify new customer segments, geographies, and product ideas to grow participation and revenue. What This Role Is (and Isn’t) This is not a coordinator role. This is a leadership position responsible for turning Tours into a meaningful contributor to Martz’s future growth. You’ll need to be both strategic and hands-on—comfortable building the plan and executing it.
