Operations and Logistics Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Hybrid role of office and warehouse.
• Manage the Shipping/Receiving email account- promptly respond to inquiries. 
• Sending BOLs to the appropriate individuals.
• Overseeing the ERP Data Entry for Shipping/Receiving.
• Perform other administrative tasks and warehouse duties, as required.

Operations and Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:

• Must be experienced in both Warehouse Shipping Clerk/Forklift and Inside Sales.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Computer savvy with experience with ERP systems as well as Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of standard sales functions & documents- Purchase Orders, Sales Orders and Invoices.
• Self Starter.
