International Order Expeditor
To support International Subsidiaries by processing and managing parts orders, including order entry, research, and fulfillment in the Oracle system, and help ensure accurate processing, timely shipments, and proper documentation. Work with each international Pride subsidiary on daily lead-times of parts stocked at the Duryea facilityEnter orders of International OEM and Duryea facility stock parts into Oracle system Research parts to determine manufacturer and enter order accordingly into Oracle system Generate 50% of ship confirmation for international part orders to Subsidiaries Generate 50% of commercial invoices for part shipments to International SubsidiariesEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training Focus on continuous improvement and provide recommended solutions as it relates to process and procedures Consistently demonstrate good business judgment especially as related to negotiating and closing salesWork effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest Must have the ability to: Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environmentLearn and perform a detailed analysis of data using formulas in Microsoft Office Excel Must have: Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel Excellent web navigation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skillsBasic working knowledge of Oracle preferred At least 1 year of customer service and/or office administration experience At least 1 year of supply chain experience in a warehouse inventory environment preferred At least 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheets preferredCurrent or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred High School Diploma or GED Associate degree preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future This job description is not intended to be all-inclusiveIn exceptional circumstances, some of the physical requirements of this position may be modified or eliminated as a reasonable accommodation for a person with a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act Pride Mobility Products/Quantum Rehab is an Equal Opportunity employer.
