Industrial Maintenance Technician open to working 8,10,12 HOURS shifts of your preference! On day's and nights! Job Description We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, particularly in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of production equipment by performing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks. Working in a high-speed packaging, industrial environment where decision-making in real time is crucial to maintaining operations. The maintenance team plays a critical role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, requiring candidates to work independently and solve problems efficiently.Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all production and auxiliary production equipment. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on packaging machinery. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components. Industrial mechanical or electrical experience, including PLC troubleshooting and VFD's.Why Work Here? This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carbondale, PA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
