We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the intake process of potential new patients seeking treatment.

This role will work remotely. Daytime, in office availability is required for training.

In this role, one must have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor, at all times. An Admission Coordinator is generally the first contact with Referral Partners, and must uphold a high standard of communication, behavior and attitude when communicating with other professionals. Collaborate with insurance companies and other funding sources to verify benefits and obtain necessary authorizations. Facilitates all incoming inquiries of prospective clients, loved ones and mental health/medical professionals with a sense of urgency and compassion. Ability to manage and prioritize daily work within acceptable departmental time framesMust also have experience with Electronic Medical Records Obtain clinical information and other medical information (as applicable) to determine appropriateness Be able to maintain professionalism in stressful situations Organize and input information into CRM databases. Must have strong written and verbal communication skillsPrevious experience working in the treatment admissions dept. Utilizes supervisory feedback and evaluations to improve performance. Able to work independently and manage a fast-paced work environment. Must demonstrate efficiency, time management and multitasking skills Makes outbound phone calls to referral partners, as assignedAbility to navigate Microsoft office, including Excel. Qualifications:

1-2 years experience in a psychiatric/SUD facility in an admissions dept. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
