Office Manager (Real Estate Office)

Flexible (Full-Time or Part-Time Options Available) Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Office Manager

to support a busy real estate office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively keep operations running smoothly while supporting agents and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain workflow efficiency Communicate regularly with real estate agents to track closings and ensure timelines stay on schedule Oversee marketing efforts and social media activity across multiple platforms (including Facebook)

Ensure content is being executed on schedule Step in to assist when needed

Maintain and enforce operational checklists and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance Provide administrative support to agents, including:

Email setup and correspondence File and folder organization (cloud-based systems) Troubleshooting tools and systems

Monitor and manage MLS (FlexMLS) activity and documentation Download and manage listing photos and digital assets Handle general office responsibilities in a collaborative environment with daily in-office traffic (4–5 team members) Troubleshoot issues and “put out fires” as they arise to keep operations moving smoothlyQualifications

Previous

office management experience , preferably in real estate or a similar fast-paced environment Strong proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Word, Outlook, etc.) Familiarity with

cloud-based systems , logins, and user management Experience with

MLS platforms

(FlexMLS preferred) Comfortable overseeing and coordinating

social media platforms

(especially Facebook scheduling tools) Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs Schedule&Flexibility

Standard hours:

8:00 AM– 4:30 PM

(flexible) Open to

full-time or part-time candidates Typical structure may include:

Full-time availability Wednesday–Friday Flexible or reduced hours (5–6 hours/day) Monday–Friday

Initial

cross-training provided Wednesday–Friday , with lighter oversight responsibilities on other days What We’re Looking For

A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative Someone detail-oriented who ensures tasks are completed accurately and on time A team player who supports agents and contributes to a positive office environment Pay Details:

$22.00 to $24.00 per hour
