Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all aspects of warehousing operations within our facility.

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing production teams, optimizing warehousing processes, and implementing continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Duties
Lead and coordinate daily warehousing operations to meet production goals and quality standards.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives, including warehouse process optimization, to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage plant resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control standards, and environmental policies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations management, production efficiency, and quality metrics.
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning within the plant environment.
Maintain mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues and overseeing maintenance activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in production management within a warehousing environment.
Expertise in warehousing principles, process improvement methodologies, and continuous improvement strategies.
Knowledge of supply chain management, supply chain analytics, and operations management.
Mechanical knowledge related to warehousing equipment and processes.
Demonstrated ability in production planning, quality control, and plant management.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive operational excellence.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
