A leading residential real estate investment company is seeking a Purchasing Manager for a fully remote role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for bidding, managing and negotiating contracts for home renovations.
You will develop scopes of work, manage contractors, and creatively source products to lower costs.
Candidates should have 5+ years of purchasing experience, excellent computer skills, and a bachelor's degree.
A competitive compensation of $80,000-$130,000 is offered, inclusive of salary and bonuses.
