We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. Please only apply if you are truly seeking a Part-Time role for the long term. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping an office organized, welcoming, and running smoothly. The schedule is flexible and can be structured as either a few hours each day or a few full days per week.Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Manage incoming and outgoing mail Order, track, and restock office supplies Prepare the office for visitors, meetings, and internal use Maintain overall office organization and cleanliness Provide general administrative support as neededQualifications

Prior administrative or office support experience within a legal office Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional communication skills (phone and in-person) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Dependable and consistent availability Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook required; Excel&PowerPoint preferred) NetDocuments (document management preferred) Legal calendaring systems experience preferred Schedule

Flexible part-time hours Options include: A few hours per day, or A few full days per week Compensation&Benefits

Hourly rate: $27–$30/hour (targeting $27/hour) Parking reimbursement provided No additional benefits included Additional Information
