Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and other engineers to shape the user journey from first click to customer Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on experiments that drive measurable improvements in conversion and engagement Own the full lifecycle of features, from technical design and implementation to monitoring and optimizationHelp shape the team's technical direction and contribute to decisions around architecture, tooling, and best practices Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and foster a culture of learning and collaboration About You

3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience specifically in React, Javascript, PostgresSQL, Hibernate, Kafka, AWS, Datadog and Java Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, handle ambiguity, and empathize with customersYou have experience using AI code generation tools tools such as GitHub CoPilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
