We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented General Production Workers to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will prepare high-value partsmany of which support aerospace applicationsfor painting and finishing by sanding, masking, and inspecting components. Friday) 1:00 PM
9:30 PM or 1:15 PM
9:45 PM 3rd Shift (Sunday
Thursday) 9:00 PM
5:30 AM 4th Shift (Friday
Monday | 4x10 Schedule) Friday&Monday: 5:00 AM
3:00 PM Saturday&Sunday: 4:00 AM
2:00 PM Shift differentials may apply depending on schedule. Key Responsibilities
Stand and work on your feet for 68+ hours performing repetitive production tasks Prepare parts for painting through sanding, masking, and taping according to work instructions Handle high-value parts with careno dropping, tossing, or mishandling Follow work orders closely to ensure accuracy and quality standards are metUse basic hand tools safely and effectively Inspect parts visually and manually to identify defects or inconsistencies Perform basic math functions such as counting, measuring, and verifying quantities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate effectively with team members in a fast-paced, noisy environmentFollow all safety protocols when working near paint booths, machinery, and chemicals Required Skills&Qualifications
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or general labor preferred Strong attention to detail, especially when working with high-value components Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Basic math skills for daily production tasksComfort using hand tools for sanding, masking, and preparation work Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with clear communication Willingness to work around paint fumes, chemicals, and industrial noise Preferred Experience
Background in sanding, masking, inspection, or finishing processes Experience working with aerospace or other precision/high-value parts Comfortable working in loud, industrial environments Experience working non-traditional schedules, including weekends or overnight shifts Proven ability to maintain consistency and focus during repetitive workWork Environment
Manufacturing setting with continuous machine operation and elevated noise levels Exposure to paint booths, chemical lines, and open chemical containers Temperature may vary due to non-insulated buildingsdress accordingly Requires loud verbal communication at times Dress code: Closed-toe shoes required (construction-style footwear recommended)No sleeveless shirts or tank tops Why Join Our Team?
