Landscape Construction Foreman

to lead crews in the construction of high-quality outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in hardscape, retaining walls, water features, irrigation systems, and planting installations. This role requires strong leadership, efficient project management, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements Supervise and coordinate crew activities to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. Read and interpret plans, ensuring proper execution of construction elements. Maintain high standards for safety, quality assurance, and site readiness. Troubleshoot issues on-site and implement effective solutions.Train and mentor crew members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Proven experience in landscape construction, including hardscape, retaining walls, water features, irrigation, and planting. Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations. Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle physical tasks.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus for team inclusivity Benefits
