What You'll Do
Perform residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and service repairs
Troubleshoot heating and cooling systems with support from experienced team members when needed
Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer service
Read wiring diagrams and assist with system diagnostics
Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate clearly with dispatch and team members
Continue developing technical knowledge through ongoing training opportunities
What We're Looking For
1+ years of HVAC field experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
HVAC schooling or technical training preferred
Ability to read wiring diagrams and understand HVAC systems
Understanding of airflow, air balancing, and basic sheet metal practices
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
NATE Certification is a plus, but not required
